• We have one hall with kitchen and toilets. It is suitable for children’s parties and some other events and is available for bookings at weekends after 1.30pm. The Hall is 50′ x 27′ (15m x 8.1m) and adult sized tables and chairs can be made available for an extra charge; children’s tables and chairs are free.
• There is on-site parking.
• Nearest station - Sydenham Hill Railway Station - 2 minutes walk.
• Venue is wheelchair accessible.
• Maximum 30 children for children's parties.
• External catering is permitted at the venue. There is a kitchen for use but need to bring own crockery/cutlery/cups etc. All rubbish to be removed to your own refuse bins.

• Venue is for children's parties for children 12 and under.
• Hire charge rates - £50 first hour then £25/hour.
